Vanessa was introduced in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5 as Colt and Debbie Johnson’s friend. Colt cheated on his then-girlfriend Jess Caroline with Vanessa and later wanted to date Vanessa while she kept rejecting him. Colt and Vanessa eloped in February 2021 and told Debbie about it during The Single Life season 1 Tell All. After a brief split in 2021, Vanessa revealed she left Colt for good in March 2024.

Her latest is about her dramatic weight loss and Vanessa revealed it by posting a mirror selfie. As reposted by @90dayfianceupdate, Vanessa stood in front of a bathroom mirror smiling with her phone in her hand. She wore a skin-tight blue bodysuit with denim shorts. She added the song “La Nena” by Lyanno and Rauw Alejandro to her Story. In her caption, Vanessa wrote she was “still alive” and added that she was “somewhere in Vegas.”

Vanessa shared a poster about the one-part-fitness program, one-part-nutritional plan, called the 75 Hard Challenge in her next Story. Vanessa wanted to prove that her weight loss was not the result of Ozempic, as some comments online suggest. She addressed her followers who were asking about her weight loss and thanked @andyfrisella, the podcaster, entrepreneur, and CEO of the supplement company 1st Phorm who started the challenge in 2019. Vanessa then revealed what led to her weight gain and how she worked hard to lose it.

“I was severely stressed/depressed.”

Vanessa wrote that she was under severe stress and was living with depression when she was “doing the show,” which caused her to gain a lot of weight. Vanessa may have been referring to all past seasons of 90 Day Fiancé she has starred in with Colt so far. She said that she spent the last year working on her mindset and discipline. Vanessa used the program to help her escape “that mess.” She thanked Andy again and told him that he had “saved” her life. Vanessa shared that she used Breanne Freeman’s cookbooks to learn how to cook healthily.

Vanessa was going to be a part of 90 Day: The Last Resort season 1 and had even begun filming with Colt when he had an accident. She said she was going to quit the show with Colt after the incident. Vanessa is now claiming that she was also offered season 2 and she refused it. It looks like Vanessa is done being a part of the franchise and will be going back to being a fan as she used to be when she met Colt. It remains to be seen if Colt comes back to 90 Day Fiancé.
