We’re building an application that will accept a call in Cisco VOIP system and based on user speech will interface with our system and perform certain actions.
My question is how can I hook into CUCM to be able to accept the call and get the raw call voice stream to be able to analyze it? Ideally, a web service will need to “accept” the call along with the raw call stream.
