This hilarious Star Wars meme suggests that Mandalorians might be even better at something else than they are at fighting. Mandalorians have long since been renowned as the “greatest warriors in the galaxy,” as previously stated by Bill Burr’s Migs Mayfeld in The Mandalorian season 1, episode 6. Their skill is strong enough to match that of the Jedi, the only group worthy of being named the Mandalorians’ ancient enemy. Thanks to The Mandalorian, their culture has been explored in even more depth, and now some of Star Wars’ current biggest heroes include Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin, Katee Sackhoff’s Bo-Katan Kryze, and Natasha Liu Bordizzo’s Sabine Wren. Despite how strong these Mandalorians are, there actually might be one more thing they’re better at than fighting.

A Star Wars meme shared by Star Wars Culture reveals that Mandalorians are actually best at giving themselves a nice, proper rest. With their boots kicked up, Din, Sabine, and Bo-Katan all prove that Mandalorians really know when to fight and when to allow themselves time to relax.

Funny enough, this truly does reflect the concept shown in The Mandalorian season 2, episode 2 “Chapter 10: The Passenger,” which features Din just trying to get some rest for almost the entirety of its duration.

The Mandalorians Should Rest While They Can

Sabine Wren and Grand Admiral Thrawn in Ahsoka episode 6.

These Mandalorians should be seeking some rest now, because Grand Admiral Thrawn has returned to the galaxy, and there’s no doubt he’s brought nothing but more war for them. Din has just promised both himself and his newly adopted son Grogu a job that will directly deal with the Imperials Thrawn is likely to try to connect himself to once again, which inserts them directly into his matters. As the leader of Mandalore once more, Bo-Katan will be dealing with enough trying to rebuild the planet and sort through any political matters, not to mention that Thrawn will no doubt be interested in their planet and their people. Sabine’s the one who’s already been trapped by Thrawn, and so she should take this time to relax and figure out how she’ll get back to the galaxy.

All three of these specific Mandalorians, along with their other close allies, will have large roles to play in the future of Star Wars – particularly where Thrawn is concerned. With Dave Filoni’s upcoming The Mandalorian-era movie set to focus on Thrawn and the current heroes of this era, Din, Bo-Katan, and Sabine will all be at the heart of the conflict. Thrawn has an alliance with the Nightsisters, which already makes his threat even more dangerous, and the New Republic has shown its doubts towards taking the idea of Thrawn’s return seriously. It’ll be up to the Mandalorians and those they trust to keep Thrawn from reviving the Empire once again, and they might as well rest up before they take on such a task.
